Art Collection Management
Art asset advisement, including comprehensive curatorial and registrar services, for corporate and private art collections.
Scope of work included: research and selection of artwork; negotiating purchases, consignments, and auction sales; preparation of major institutional gifts and loans; insurance; domestic and international shipping, overseeing crating and framing; international border crossing logistics; supervising and assisting with installations as well as hiring installers, architects and contractors; managing storage needs; maintaining artist files and inventory databases; and overseeing condition issues and conservation of collections.
Developed an extensive network of galleries, artists, museums, conservators and the arts community in the US, the EU, and Asia, managing 12 collections with over 3,000 objects in eight cities with a combined value of over fifty million dollars.
