Ongoing Renovation and Property Management

Renovation and long-term asset management of a 1935 Colonial Revival home in a historic suburb of Boston, Massachusetts.

Phases

• Phase 1: Lead designer and project manager for the renovation of an outdated entry, kitchen, den, guest bathroom, and guest room, 2015-2017.

• Phase II: Lead designer and project manager for the renovation of the primary bathroom, primary bedroom, secondary bathroom, and home office, 2018.

• Phase III: Lead designer and project manager for the renovation of the garage, laundry room, and basement lounge, 2020.

• Phase IV: Lead designer and project manager for extensive hardscaping and landscaping with Bill Madden (landscape design), Morse Engineering Co. (survey), and Anthony Musto (builder), 2022-2023.

• Phase V: Lead designer and project manager for interior upgrades to the foyer, living room, and dining room, 2024-present.

• Ongoing: Manage all home maintenance and repairs, both interior and exterior, 2025-present.
